Cooking Pasta

Cut pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Add pasta, and stir gently to prevent sticking. Cook for 3-4 minutes. 

Ravioli:  Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Break ravioli apart, add to boiling water. Stir gently to prevent sticking. Cook for 5-7 minutes until they float. Take them out 1 minute later.

Gnocchi: Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Add gnocchi. Cook for 3-4 minutes until they float. Take them out 1 minute later. 

Single serve entrees:  Remove tin cover and re-cover with foil, loosely.  Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes until hot. 

Artisan breads: Bake at  375 for 3-4 minutes to warm before serving.
