Cooking Instructions

Cut pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to boil. When water is vigorously boiling, add pasta, and stir gently to prevent sticking. Cook for 2-4 minutes, depending on the cut. Thinner pastas like Angel Hair require less time.


Ravioli: Bring  a pot of salted water to boil. Break ravioli apart, add to vigorously boiling  water. Stir gently to prevent sticking. Cook for 5-7 minutes until they  float. Take them out 1 minute later. 


Gnocchi: Bring a pot of salted water to boil. When water is vigorously boiling, add gnocchi. Cook for 3-4 minutes until they float. Take them out 1 minute later.
